The Production Process for a Corporate Video

Once we have been commissioned to produce a corporate video we usually work through the following procedure, although each project is considered according to it’s own individual merits:

1. Meeting with the client
2. Proposal provided in the form of a Treatment
3. Script development and storyboard design
4. Shooting schedule provided for approval
5. Securing locations, acquiring permissions (often alongside 3.)
6. Pre-shoot meeting
7. The shoot
8. Assembly of the rushes
9. Animations
10. Music
11. Recording of voice-over
12. Titles and graphics
13. Rough cut approval
14. Final cut approval
